The basics

What is Distronaut, in one sentence?
An iPhone app that names one distribution action every morning, has the draft written, times the session, and counts a hundred of them.
Is it a habit tracker?
A habit tracker asks whether you did the thing. Distronaut decides what the thing is, writes it, and logs what it produced. The tick is the last step rather than the product.
Do I need to have read $100M Leads?
No. The four lanes and the volume prescription are explained inside the app and the hundred actions are already written. The book is worth reading regardless; Distronaut is not affiliated with it.
Who is it for?
One person selling their own product: solo founders, indie hackers, bootstrappers. If you have a marketing team, you have a different problem.

The hundred days

What happens if I miss a day?
The hundred are sessions, not calendar dates. A missed day moves your finish line by one and breaks the streak honestly. Two rest days a month are built in and cost you nothing.
Can I do more than one action a day?
You can, and the app will log it, but it will keep proposing one. The constraint is what makes a hundred days survivable.
Why one lane per morning?
Splitting a ninety-minute block across four channels produces four efforts too small to generate signal. One lane at full intensity per morning, all four across the week.
What happens on day 101?
You start another run, usually with different lane weights based on what the ledger says actually worked. History from previous runs is kept.

The Studio

What does it actually write?
Posts, DMs, cold emails, ad bodies and follow-ups, tied to the specific action they belong to. Drafts land on the action, not in a chat log you have to go find.
Does it post for me?
No. It does not connect to your accounts, send anything, or touch your contacts. You copy the draft and post it yourself, which keeps the judgement where it belongs.
Will everything sound like a robot?
It learns from what you keep and what you rewrite, and it is deliberately blunt out of the box. If a draft is wrong the fastest fix is rewriting one line and moving on.

Data, price and platform

Where does my data live?
Your actions, sessions and ledger are stored on your device and in your own iCloud backup. Studio requests are sent for processing and not used to train anything. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Is there a web version?
iPhone first, because the morning nudge is the product and it belongs on a phone. Web is planned for later this year.
What does it cost?
The free tier is the full method: the hundred actions, the rotation, the timer, the ledger. Pro is €12 a month or €96 a year and adds the Studio and the tailoring.
How do I cancel?
From the App Store, in two taps, without writing to anybody. Your ledger stays readable on the free tier.
