Terms of service
Using Distronaut means agreeing to what is below. It is written to be read once, in plain language, rather than to be impressive.
The agreement
These terms are between you and the individual sole trader operating Distronaut, based in the European Union. They cover the iPhone app, the website at distronaut.app, and the free tools published on it.
You must be at least sixteen years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your login details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is billed through the App Store on a monthly or yearly term and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Apple account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax where required. If prices change, existing subscribers are told before their next renewal and can cancel first. A locked launch price stays locked while the subscription remains active.
The hundred-day guarantee
If you log all one hundred sessions of a run within twelve months and conclude the run was not worth what you paid, write to hi@danieldaneshi.com within thirty days of finishing and we refund the last twelve months of subscription.
It applies once per person. It requires the sessions to be genuinely logged, and we reserve the right to decline a claim where the record obviously does not reflect real use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Distronaut, or anything the Studio writes, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anybody, to promote anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the rules of the platforms you post to.
Do not attempt to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or scrape the service. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended without refund.
Content and drafts
Anything you write stays yours. Drafts produced by the Studio at your request are yours to use, edit and publish, and we claim no rights over them.
Because drafts are produced by a language model, similar text may be generated for other people, and it is on you to check anything before you publish it. The app itself, its design, its written actions and its code remain ours.
What we do not promise
Distronaut is a system for doing work, not a guarantee of results. No claim is made about the customers, revenue or audience you will get, because that depends on your product, your market and your execution.
The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available and correct, but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting the app. We can suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will refund any unused paid period unless the breach involved abuse or fraud.
Third parties and trademarks
Core 4 and the Rule of 100 are concepts from Alex Hormozi's book $100M Leads. Distronaut is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the author or his companies. All other names and marks belong to their owners.
Changes and governing law
Material changes to these terms are emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment in the European Union, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
